Georgia Golden Olympics -- The Georgia Golden Olympics, open to men and women 50 years of age or older is usually held in Warner Robins during the month of September. Events include archery, golf, cycling, swimming, ballroom dancing, tennis, racquetball, bowling, track and field and many more. The run/walk events include 100M, 200M, 800M, 1500M runs, 5K run/walk, 1/2 mile walk, and racewalking. The competition typically attracts competitors from other southeastern states in addition to Georgia.
